Rich Salsman

Rich Salsman has an extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Rich began their career in 1982 at OCG Microelectronic Materials, where they worked as a Marketing Manager for 14 years. In 1996, they joined Honeywell Electronic Materials as a Sales & Marketing Director and stayed with the company until 2002. In 2003, they joined SEMI as the VP of Sales & Member Services, a position they held until 2011. Rich then became the CFO and EVP of Global Alliances at SEMI in 2009, and in 2013, they took on the role of CFO and VP of Operations. Rich Salsman has demonstrated consistent growth and progression in their career.

Rich Salsman earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Chemistry, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Rich attended the university from 1969 to 1973.
