Susana Palomar

Susana Palomar has an extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and office management. Susana currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Semidynamics Technology Services since the beginning of 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Skeye as a Senior Office Manager from March 2020 to March 2021 and as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2021 to January 2023. In their role as a Consultora en Recursos Humanos at The Skeye, they were responsible for tasks such as headhunting, personnel selection, strategic consulting, and organizational analysis. Before joining The Skeye, they worked at Sequoia Partners, S.L. as a Human Resources Consultant from February 2018 to February 2020, where they focused on job description, job valuation, recruitment, and resume screening. Prior to that, they worked at TMTFactory as an Administration & HR Manager for over 12 years, from March 2008 to February 2020. In this role, they had a range of responsibilities including strategic HR management, overseeing legal and accounting areas, and workplace safety. Susana also has prior experience as an Office Manager at Integra Interactive S.L. and as a Responsible for Administration and Accounting at Olivia Sistemas, S.L., where they were responsible for daily accounting tasks, payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting.

Susana Palomar started their education in 1993 at the Universitat de Barcelona, where they pursued a degree in Philosophy and completed their studies in 1999. In 2008, they enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya to pursue a degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2012.

In 2021, Susana Palomar continued their education at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership. Susana is currently enrolled in this program.

In the same year, they also completed a specialized e-learning program with a focus on cultural transformation of companies at Mutabilia.

In February 2022, Susana Palomar obtained a certification in "Dirección por objetivos" from Endalia.
