Abby Boulton currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Semihandmade since January 2024. Prior to this role, Abby held various positions at Schoolhouse from July 2018 to December 2023, including Senior Customer Experience Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Analyst Lead, and Sales Operations Analyst. Earlier experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Vermont in early 2018, as well as a Volunteer Program Development + Fair Trade Intern at the Peace & Justice Center and an Independent Researcher at Housing Vermont in late 2017. Abby also completed a PolitiCorps Fellowship at The Bus Project in mid-2017. Abby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Art History from the University of Vermont.
