Paul Heller

Paul Heller has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of industries. Paul is currently serving as the President of SemiNex Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Consultant at Lean is Green from September 2020 to January 2022, where they were responsible for moving outsourced manufacturing from China to the USA.

From October 2018 to September 2020, Paul Heller served as the General Manager at Respiratory Motion, where they developed a next-generation respiratory monitor and achieved time-to-market requirements while reducing cost and size. Paul also established partnerships with a world-class contract manufacturer.

Before that, from December 2009 to November 2018, they worked as the General Manager of Precision Products Group at M Cubed II-VI. Under their leadership, the company achieved excellent growth and profitability. Paul focused on providing innovative technologies and reliability to customers in the semiconductor industry.

From January 2002 to January 2005, they served as the Director of Operations at Thermo-Electron, leading a multi-site manufacturing operation and implementing lean practices.

Lastly, from January 1998 to January 2002, Paul Heller worked as the Vice President of Operations at Xanoptix, a startup Optical Transceiver Company. During their tenure, they achieved industry-leading cycle times and implemented an ERP system.
