Ryan Hart

Ryan Hart is currently the Director of Communications and Energy Policy at Seminole Electric Cooperative, where Ryan has been working since March 2015. Prior to that, Ryan served as the Legislative Director for Congressman Jason Smith in the U.S. House of Representatives from June 2013 to March 2015. Before their time in Washington D.C., Ryan was Chief of Staff for Jason Smith in the Missouri House of Representatives from June 2011 to June 2013. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Truman State University.
