Steve Saunders

Steve Saunders began their work experience as a Sr. Systems Programmer at Tampa Electric Company (TECO) in 1979. Steve then moved on to roles at The Talbots, Inc., where they held positions such as Lead Systems Programmer, Manager of Systems Software, and Director of Technical Services. In 2008, they founded Saunders Technical Services, providing IT consulting services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. From 2011 to 2020, Steve served as the Director of Information Technology and later as the Director of Business Technology at Seminole Electric Cooperative. Finally, they retired in June 2022.

Steve Saunders attended the University of South Florida from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree in Computer Technology.
