Michael Salvatore has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a VIP Guest Service Representative at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa since November 2010. In this role, Michael excels in providing exceptional service to high-profile guests, ensuring an unparalleled experience at both the Tampa and Hollywood, FL properties. Previously, Michael worked as a Lead Server and Manager Assistant during the opening of Cafe in 2011, focusing on restaurant operations, guest service, and special events. Prior to that, Michael held the position of Lead Banquet and Server at Trattoria Giuseppe's from July 2006 to August 2010, where responsibilities included event setup and management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/PreMed from Cabrini University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
