Dorthe Ousted

Dorthe Ousted has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Jura konsulent at Semler Gruppen A/S since March 2009, where responsibilities include personnel legal advice and support for management and employees. Previously, from January 2001 to February 2009, Dorthe held the position of secretary to the local director at SMC-Biler Amager, focusing on the development of HR-related documents and systems as well as process and collaboration optimization. Educational qualifications include a Cand. Merc. in HR Management from Copenhagen Business School, a higher commercial examination from Niels Brock, and a student degree with a focus on social sciences from Christianshavns Gymnasium.
