Rena Rousseau

Rena Rousseau currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Semmes Murphey Clinic since June 2023, after previously holding roles there as an HR Generalist and Talent Management Coordinator from October 2015 to September 2019. Prior to that, Rena worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from March 2012 to October 2015, focusing on recruitment and staffing for healthcare positions in Memphis and surrounding areas. Rena also gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Cumulus Broadcasting from January 2011 to March 2012, implementing marketing strategies to expand the listener base for multiple radio stations in Nashville. Rena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2011.
