Carter Martin, Jr. is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Sales Manager at Semonin Realtors since July 2014 and as a Broker Associate and Team Leader of Ignite Property Group. Carter Martin, Jr. holds a license in Kentucky, representing both sellers and buyers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, Carter Martin, Jr. is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® and has held leadership roles within the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, including President. With an educational background from Ivy Tech Community College and Louisville Male Traditional High School, Carter Martin, Jr. is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for agents and clients while utilizing expert knowledge to navigate the complexities of real estate.
