Dana Manchevska Spirkovska

Dana Manchevska Spirkovska has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dana began their career in 2011 as a Maintenance Assistant at Johnson Controls and later worked as a Maintenance Assistant at Visteon Corporation. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Plant Manager Assistant at Visteon Corporation. In 2016, they joined Personnel Ltd as a Technical Writer and HR Specialist. Dana then worked at Delphi as a Customer Order Process Analyst in 2017. In 2018, they became a Maintenance Coordinator at KEMET Electronics Corporation. From 2021 to 2022, Dana worked as a Human Resources Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist at HSO. Dana then joined Sorsix as a People and Culture Specialist in 2022. Currently, they are employed at Semos Cloud as a People Success Manager since June 2023.

Dana Manchevska Spirkovska obtained a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University St. Cyril and Metodius Skopje, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2018, they enrolled in the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research in Skopje, where they are currently pursuing a field of study in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in April 2021, and participated in a Management Skills Seminar in 2015 conducted by Pivara Skopje AD. Dana also attended a Conference for Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Administrative Coordinators in 2015.
