Ron Terrell

Ron Terrell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Semper Sec since March 2021, Ron Terrell oversees service delivery operations, sets performance goals, and manages project implementations. Previously, as a Project Manager at Electronic Metrology Laboratory, LLC from 2020 to 2021, Ron Terrell was responsible for managing Federal contracts, project budgets, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Ron Terrell also held the position of Site Manager I at Fluor Corporation from 2012 to 2017, where supervision of site operations involved leadership of over 600 employees and ensuring adherence to contractual and procedural requirements. Ron Terrell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
