Dov has over 25 years of experience in the global software industry, during this period of time he worked directly with customers globally and built, led and improved customer services and support organizations while demonstrating his obsession for customers as well as his passion for mentoring and developing highly skilled professionals. Prior to joining Semperis, Dov worked as a senior support engineer at IBM, a Senior Technical Account Manager for Enterprise customers and a Premier Field Engineering Manager at Microsoft and as a Support Escalations Manager at LivePerson and Imperva for SaaS and on-premise solutions.
