Michael J. Case

Michael J. Case is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Josys and the Tokyo Lead Ambassador at Transform, Michael also holds positions as Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks and Advisor at both PeopleTech Talent and PeopleTech Partners. Michael's investment expertise as a Limited Partner at SemperVirens Venture Capital complements advisory roles at Vervoe and findem, as well as a leadership position as Global Head of Partnerships at Meshd. Prior to these roles, Michael was the CEO of Neptune People, specializing in executive coaching, talent consulting, and leadership search. Michael earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago, alongside additional language and academic training.
