Lisa Thompkins

Lisa Thompkins is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Counsel for Port Arthur LNG at Sempra Infrastructure since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Senior Counsel at Phillips 66 from July 2021 to May 2023 and worked as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from May 2018 to June 2021. In addition, Lisa was a Legal Counsel (Secondee) for ADNOC Group from March 2019 to February 2020 and served as an Associate at Thompson & Knight LLP from September 2012 to April 2018. Lisa Thompkins earned a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2012, and has a background in higher education from Sam Houston State University.
