William Brod

William Brod has extensive work experience in the field of piping engineering and design. William'smost recent position is as the Chief Piping Engineer at Sempra Infrastructure, which they started in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Wood for five years as the Lead Piping Engineer, where they were responsible for producing engineering and design deliverables, managing personnel, and overseeing scope and budget. Prior to Wood, they held various lead piping engineer roles at Burrow Global, LLC, Amec Foster Wheeler, Fluor Corporation, Foster Wheeler USA Corporation, and Fluor, where they handled piping engineering and design scopes, performed administrative tasks, and reviewed plant designs for compliance. William also has experience as a design supervisor and field engineer during their time at Fluor. William began their career as a piping designer at Fluor Arabia Limited and Fluor Corporation, where they created 2D and 3D piping layouts and models.

From 1994 to 1997, William Brod attended Wharton County Junior College, where they pursued an AAS degree in Drafting Technology. During their time there, they studied various fields, including Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural Design, as well as Surveying.
