Jeffrey Gutierrez

Jeffrey Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeffrey is currently working at Semtech as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to this, they held roles at Semtech as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, Senior Corporate Attorney, and Corporate Counsel - International Operations.

Before joining Semtech, Gutierrez worked at Summit Law Group as an Attorney from 2004 to 2006. Jeffrey also worked as an Attorney at Stafford Frey Cooper from 2001 to 2003, and at King & Spalding from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their legal career, Gutierrez served as a Teaching Assistant at The Austrian-American Educational Commission (Fulbright Austria) from 1991 to 1992.

Overall, Gutierrez has gained extensive experience and expertise in the legal field, holding various roles in different companies.

Jeffrey Gutierrez obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Syracuse University College of Law from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied French at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1992 to 1993, and German at The University of Bonn from 1989 to 1991. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German/Business from Washington State University from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002, and a Zertifikat Deutsch fuer den Beruf from the Goethe Institut in 1997.
