Ralph Fisher

Ralph Fisher has over 35 years of experience in the field of engineering and customer support, specializing in automation inventory systems and digital service solutions. Currently a Field Service Engineer at SencorpWhite since October 2015, Ralph previously served as a Senior Digital Service Specialist at Canon Solutions America after the division's transition from Oce'. Prior roles include System Support Representative at Ricoh Production Print Solutions, LLC, following Ricoh's acquisition of Ralph's division from IBM, and Customer Support Representative at IBM. Prior to that, Ralph held engineering positions at Danka Office Imaging and Eastman Kodak. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology (BSET) from The University of Memphis, obtained from 1980 to 1985.
