Sean Stephen is a Senior Operations Analyst at Send, a position held since July 2021, following experience as an Operations Analyst. Prior to this, Sean worked at Aviva from January 2012 to July 2021 as a Test Engineer, responsible for creating test plans and scripts, conducting functional and regression testing, and managing projects involving Software as a Service. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from UHI, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
