Amanda Prohaska

Amanda Prohaska is an experienced Sales Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of successful roles in various organizations, including Sendbird and FranConnect. At Sendbird since November 2021, Amanda proactively manages sales forecasting and revenue projections while implementing and analyzing sales metrics for stakeholders. Previous work at FranConnect included oversight of customer contracts and the implementation of project management systems. Amanda has also held positions at Clarabridge, Learning Tree International, RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Time Warner Cable, and webMethods, contributing to operational efficiency, financial reporting, project management, and sales training coordination.
