Lucas Mendoza

Lucas Mendoza is an Associate at Sendero, a management consulting firm since July 2021, specializing in empowering organizations to achieve significant, measurable results. Previously, Lucas worked as a Global Markets Operations Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2020, where workflow efficiency was improved by proactively managing client cases and reducing unresolved client file backlogs. Lucas also gained experience as a Business Outcome Team Intern at FranklinCovey in 2019, collaborating with client partners to launch strategic initiatives in Japan and analyzing web data for optimization. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on International Commerce from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2021, and attended The American School in Japan from 2012 to 2015.
