Alvin Serrano

Alvin Serrano possesses extensive experience in logistics and network implementation, currently serving as Director of North American Logistics and Carrier Relations at Sendle since September 2021, where Alvin previously held the roles of Director of Network Implementation and Network Project Manager. Prior to Sendle, Alvin had a 16-year tenure at UPS, contributing to Postal Programs and working as an Industrial Engineer. Additionally, Alvin served as a Supply Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve from October 2001 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
