Nicole Wenzel serves as the Quality Manager at Seneca Foods Corporation, where a progressive career has spanned various roles including Quality Assurance Supervisor, Quality Technician, and Quality R&D Intern since June 2020. Prior to these positions, Nicole gained valuable experience as a Production Intern in summer 2019 and as a Quality Assurance Intern in summer 2018, focusing on product safety, quality standards, and operational monitoring. Initial exposure to the industry began in summer 2017 as a Field Representative Intern, where in-field sampling and grading were primary responsibilities. Nicole holds a degree in Bioproducts & Biosystems Engineering with a focus on Food Engineering from the University of Minnesota, complemented by additional qualifications from Better Process Control School and a Spanish language course in Buenos Aires.
