Emily De Arcos has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant and HIM/Patient Access Representative at Seneca Healthcare District since September 2022, Emily previously worked as a Patient Service Representative at Sutter Health from December 2021 to September 2022, handling patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, demographic verification, and insurance processing. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Air Filter Supply from April 2013 to August 2021 as both the Office Manager and Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included order processing, managing customer interactions, and overseeing invoicing in Netsuite. Emily is currently pursuing further education at Butte College, with prior studies at Mendocino College and Santiago Canyon College.
