Ann Burns

Ann Burns has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ann most recently held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Seneca Holdings starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Higher Logic from 2017 to 2021. Before that, Ann held the role of VP of Human Resources at Tenable Network Security, Inc., where they drove global HR strategy and managed HR training programs. Ann also worked at SAIC, first as the Vice President/Human Resources Director for the CyberSecurity Business Unit and later as the AVP/Deputy Human Resources Director. Ann's early career involved working as the StaffCare Manager at Impact Innovations, where they directed recruiting, staffing, and training functions.

Ann Burns completed their Master's degree in OD/Strategic HR from The Johns Hopkins University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008.
