Donna Ross

Donna Ross has over 20 years of work experience in the banking and mortgage industry. From 1997 to 2009, they worked at M&T Bank as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed various departments and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. In 2010, Donna joined Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC as a Mortgage Operations Manager. Here, they were in charge of multiple departments, including Special Loans, Acquisitions, Payoffs, Customer Research, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Regulatory Compliance, Loan Audit, Document Control, and Escrow. Donna has a strong background in mortgage operations and has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage and streamline processes.

Donna Ross attained their Associate's degree in Office Management and Supervision from Erie Community College from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained the Mortgage Galaxy award for Dependability from M&T Bank in September 2006.
