Jason Stober-Baboushkin has a diverse work experience in procurement and vendor management roles. Jason currently holds the position of Director of Procurement at Seneca College, where they have also served as Senior Manager and Manager of Procurement Services. Prior to their time at Seneca College, Jason worked at CIBC as a Senior Category Manager, overseeing a large outsourced vendor contract relationship for the Corporate Real Estate Services Department. Jason also has experience at CIBC Mellon as a Procurement/Vendor Management professional, responsible for corporate technology spend and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Brookfield Global Relocation Services, MTS Allstream, Teleglobe, and Bell Canada, where they held various procurement and purchasing roles and demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and cost reduction programs.
Jason Stober-Baboushkin, CSCMP, CPSM, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Concordia University. Jason further pursued their studies in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Supply Chain Canada (SCC), where they obtained the CSCMP certification. Jason also holds additional certifications, including the CPSM from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and the SCMP from the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA).
