Matthew "Wally" W. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew "Wally" began their career in 2000 as a Small Business Banker at SunTrust and later held similar positions at Wachovia Corp and BB&T. In 2006, they joined Georgia Commerce Bank as a Business Banker.

In 2010, Wally transitioned into the recruiting industry and worked as a Recruiting Practice Lead at Principle Solutions Group for over seven years. Matthew "Wally" then joined Eliassen Group as a Recruiting Practice Director, where they were responsible for strategy and delivery of Agile & Functional resources.

Wally continued their career progression, becoming the Director, Talent Solutions, Technology at The Intersect Group in 2019. Matthew "Wally" then moved to ArrowCore Group in 2020 as a Product Services Director, where they played a key role in the company's staffing solutions for various sectors.
