Ryan Powers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan began their career as an Experience Representative, Game-Day Operations at the University of Mississippi, where they collaborated with the Game Day team to enhance the sporting event attendees' experience and served as a brand ambassador. Ryan then worked as a Community Assistant at Gather Oxford, where they scheduled employees, conducted property tours, and provided exceptional customer service and support. Ryan later joined Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, first as a Research Assistant, where they assisted with data analysis and collected financial data from non-profit organizations, and then as a Sports Information Intern. After that, Ryan worked as a Sales Associate at Binny's Beverage Depot, collaborating with customers to meet their needs and ensure client satisfaction. Ryan then gained experience as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where they worked closely with Fortune 500 clients, led the full recruitment cycle, and maintained candidate pipelines. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Recruiter at Seneca Resources.

Ryan Powers earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Kinesiology/Sports Studies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2018 to 2020.
