Mark Baltier

As Chief Financial Officer at Senet, Mark Baltier oversees financial, human resource and legal functions. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial management with a specialty in the computer software and technology industries. Prior to joining Senet, Mark has provided financial management leadership as CFO to multiple venture backed technology companies including Rapid Miner, Reddo Mobility, Streambase (acquired by Tibco), XyEnterprise (acquired by SDL), Reef Point Systems (acquired by Genband), and Phonetic Systems (acquired by Nuance). During his CFO tenure Mark has raised over $100 million in debt and equity and has been involved in multiple M&A transactions. His earlier experiences also include key leadership positions at Voicetek (acquired by Aspect Telecommunications), Concord Data Systems (acquired by Memotec) and Advanced Video Products (acquired by E-Systems). Mark earned an MBA from Babson College and received a BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
