Adam Richards

Adam Richards is an experienced Learning and Development professional, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Senex Energy since July 2024. Prior roles include managerial positions in Global Learning and Culture and Global Learning Operations at WeWork, as well as leadership positions at Imagine Hotels & Resorts and integratedliving Australia Limited. Adam has also held roles in industry learning and human resources across various organizations, including Australian Industry Trade College and TUH Health Fund. Adam's academic qualifications include a Master of Strategic Organisational Development and Human Resource Management from the University of New England, an MBA in Strategic Management from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Bachelor of Education with Honours from Queensland University of Technology.
