James Ladd

James Ladd currently serves as the Director of Operations at Senior Aerospace SSP since January 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Operations Supervisor at Woodward, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2022 and was the Value Stream Manager at Avibank Mfg Inc from July 2018 to November 2020. Earlier in the career, James worked as the Building Manufacturing Manager at Aerospace Dynamics International Inc. from July 2016 to July 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology obtained from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2014.
