Todd Spohn

Todd Spohn is an experienced business development executive with a strong background in healthcare and senior living services. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Senior Care Finder since January 2021, Todd leads initiatives in the nation's most comprehensive online marketplace for senior living and care. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Values Coach, where Todd focused on improving organizational culture in healthcare settings. Todd also held multiple leadership roles at Talent Plus, Inc., including Global Director of Business Development and Director of Health Care, where Todd contributed to enhancing employee and patient experiences through validated behavioral assessments. Previous positions at NRC Health further established Todd's expertise in business development within health governance. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and participated in an International Economics program at the University of Oxford.
