Brian Dougherty

Brian Dougherty is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and development, currently serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Senior Housing Options, Inc., since November 2023. Dougherty has been a Navy SEAL in the U.S. Navy Reserve since 2018 and previously held the position of Development Manager at LDG Development, LLC, focusing on affordable housing from September 2022 to December 2023. Prior roles include Development/Construction Manager at YES! Communities from 2018 to 2022, and Navy SEAL with the Naval Special Warfare Command from 2010 to 2018. Early career experiences include positions as a Financial Analyst III at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) and as a Financial Analyst at Archstone Smith. Brian Dougherty holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Colorado State University, obtained in 2004.
