Barry Ober has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Barry began their career at Helix Technology in 1983, where they gained experience in storeskeeping, material coordination, production planning, and contract administration. In 1988, they joined Parker Aerospace as a Sales Engineer and Contract Administrator. Barry then moved to Senior Metal Bellows in 1993 and served as a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region until 1998. Barry was later promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales operations in a larger territory. In 2002, they became the Business Development Manager for the Semiconductor Product Line at Senior Metal Bellows and subsequently transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts. In this position, they developed market penetration plans for military land vehicles and missile markets and presented company technology to gain exposure for use on tactical and combat vehicle programs. Barry's extensive experience in business development and sales has equipped him with a strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.

Barry Ober received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Bentley University from 1978 to 1982.
