Cindy Fitzwater

Cindy Fitzwater has been a director of finance for many years, with a wealth of experience in the field. Cindy currently works as the director of finance at Senior Resource Connection.

Previously, Cindy worked as a controller at Kindred Healthcare from January 2009 to December 2011. There, they were in charge of the hospital's finances and ensuring that all the patients received the care they needed.

From January 2012 to December 2016, Cindy was the finance director at Life Essentials. As finance director, they were responsible for the organization's budget and making sure that all the bills were paid on time. Cindy was also responsible for helping the organization to achieve its goals by providing guidance and support to staff members.

Cindy has a passion for helping others and has dedicated their life to working in positions where they can make a difference. Cindy is a trusted resource for their clients and always puts their needs first. Cindy is a hard worker with a lot of experience in the financial field, and they are always looking for ways to help their organization grow and succeed.

Cindy Fitzwater has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BS in Organizational Leadership/Accounting from Urbana University, and an A.A.S. in Accounting from Edison State Community College. Cindy also has certification from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance in CNP and the State of Ohio in Notary Public.

Cindy Fitzwater reports to Chuck Komp, President. They are on a team with Kelly Corcoran - Director, Visiting Home Care, David Greer - Director, Facilities Management, and Katie Leger - Director, Social Services.
