Sara Newberg

Sara Newberg, MHRM, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Senior Star since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at LucidHealth, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, recruiting implementation for a new HRIS, and designing employee engagement initiatives. Sara's foundational experience in human resources was built through educational achievements at The Ohio State University, including a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
