Jonathan Kohl has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Customer Service Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2012, they held positions as a Fundraising Manager at Familienschutzwerk E.V. and a Medical Office Manager at Praxis Dr. Schücler. In 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at 3YOURMIND. In 2015, they were the Head of Partnerships at Oleo GmbH and CEO at Renovinga GmbH. Since 2016, Jonathan has been the CEO & Co-Founder of Seniovo GmbH.

Jonathan Kohl has a comprehensive educational background. Jonathan obtained their Abitur from Rotteck-Gymnasium Freiburg in 2014.
