Richard Paterni

Richard Paterni has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Richard began their career at TMI, LLC in 1994, where they started as a Sales representative. Richard then moved on to become a Product Manager at TMI, LLC/Senneca Holdings, where they were responsible for tasks such as developing quotes, conducting new product research, and providing technical assistance. In 2020, Richard joined Senneca Holdings as a Senior Group Product Manager, and later became the Director of Product Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Senneca Holdings. In addition to their product-related roles, Richard also served as a Plant Manager at TMI Inc from 1994 to 2008, overseeing production employees and managing facility operations.

Richard Paterni completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Point Park University in 1999. Richard is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Colorado State University, expected to be completed between 2020 and 2024.
