Irene Lim

Irene Lim has over two decades of extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as Country Manager cum Financial Controller and Director of Operations for Asia at Sennheiser since June 2012. In this role, Irene is responsible for controlling financial resources, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles. Key responsibilities also include strategic business planning, financial advisory, and reporting to executive groups. Prior to Sennheiser, Irene worked as Financial Controller at NORDAM Singapore Pte Ltd, where leadership of a team of financial and IT professionals was a significant focus, along with financial planning and contract review. Earlier experience includes the position of Accountant at Honeywell, where Irene managed financial reporting, cash flow, and tax-related activities. Irene holds a Professional Degree in Accountancy from ACCA.
