Ann Waterhouse has extensive work experience in the regulatory affairs and quality assurance field. Ann started their career in 1997 as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at Bausch & Lomb, where they handled international and domestic regulatory submissions for products such as face masks, respirators, and RF pain management products. Ann also handled import/export and logistics work. Ann then joined Arthrex, Inc. in 2000 as a Regulatory Manager, responsible for managing regulatory affairs for the company. In 2008, they moved to Kimberly-Clark (healthcare) as an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs. In this role, they continued to oversee regulatory affairs for the company. In 2012, they joined Hill-Rom as the Director of Regulatory Affairs, a position they held until 2017. Currently, they are the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Seno Medical Instruments, where they have been since 2017.
Ann Waterhouse attended Western Illinois University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology.
