Vindya Cumaratunga

Vindya Cumaratunga has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Vindya most recently worked at Senok as the Director of Human Resources since 2017. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at Encee Beyond in 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they held a senior managerial role at LSEG Technology, where they specialized in HR performance management and rewards. Vindya also has experience in senior HR positions at Virtusa, where they implemented various HR strategies and successfully delivered business objectives. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Assistant at John Keells Holdings from 1996 to 2001.

Vindya Cumaratunga has a diverse education history in the field of business and HR management. In 2001, they obtained a diploma in HR Training & Development from the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development. Vindya further pursued their studies and completed a diploma in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in 2002. In 2009, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM). Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they earned a Masters degree in Business Administration.
