Paal Kaperdal

Paal Kaperdal is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital strategy and innovation across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Founder, as well as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Sensar Marine, Kaperdal also holds the position of Chairman and Founder at VizaVentures. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Encap Security and Member of the Board at Newschool AS. Kaperdal’s notable tenure at TD Bank Group as Head of Digital Channels involved the comprehensive oversight of digital initiatives across multiple divisions, while a prior role at BB&T as Head of Online Channels involved developing and executing online strategies that significantly reduced operational costs. Kaperdal holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
