Lynne J. Caljouw

Lynne Caljouw currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Sensata Technologies, leading Human Resources, Legal, and Communications functions since October 2014. Prior roles at Sensata include Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer and various Vice President positions, focusing on global HR leadership and strategic HR initiatives for the Performance Sensing Automotive business unit. Prior to Sensata, Lynne held senior HR positions at Sears Home Services and Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR planning, talent management, and workforce management. Lynne's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and an M.S. in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University, complemented by a BA in Psychology from Dickinson College.
