Nahla Pelagalli

Nahla Pelagalli has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Nahla'smost recent position is as a Director of Sales Operations at Sensata Technologies, which they began in July 2021. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Laird from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design, deployment, and execution of systems and processes used by the global sales organization. Nahla also managed functions such as planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, and sales program implementation. Before their time at Laird, Nahla worked at Laird Performance Materials from 2006 to 2014, where they held various positions including Territory Sales Manager and Applications Engineering Manager & Inside Sales Manager. Nahla'sresponsibilities included growing sales, managing sales activities, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve optimal processes. Prior to this, they worked at Joslyn Hi-Voltage as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and at Radix Wire Company as a Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction. In these roles, they focused on developing supplier relationships, managing the supply chain, and analyzing data to increase productivity and sales.

Nahla Pelagalli has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the same university.
