Martha Livingston

Martha Livingston is both an Ibis Program Specialist and a Member Advocate. Martha calls prospective members when they express interest in learning about the program and she loves to spread the good news about how Ibis can help them stay independent and healthy at home. She answers questions and provides all the information needed to get started and once members are up and running, Martha is on the team that checks in regularly to provide support and encouragement.

Martha graduated from Williams College with a degree in English and American Studies. Prior to joining Senscio Systems, she worked as a writer and editor and had an extensive career in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. Martha launched an upholstery business but quickly discovered that she preferred to keep that activity as her hobby rather than her vocation. Her passion is for interaction and customer service. She strives to listen carefully and respond with kindness and compassion to each person she encounters.
