Nichole Brackett

Nichole Brackett is a highly experienced professional in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as a Member at Large on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute - BC Chapter since September 2024. Brackett has been with Sense Engineering since October 2014, holding the titles of Project Principal and Regional Manager for Interior BC, where a client-centric approach is emphasized. In addition, Brackett has actively contributed to the British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC) since September 2015, holding various leadership roles including President and Vice President. Prior experience includes positions at Halsall Associates Ltd. as Project Manager and Project Associate, and as a Project Engineer at Fletcher Paine Associates. Brackett holds a Master of Engineering in Building Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
