Gibson Nascimento

Gibson Pasquini Nascimento has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gibson started their career as a Web Java Programmer at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, where they worked on developing and managing web-based applications for Brazilian Customs. Gibson then joined Venturus as a Java Analyst/Programmer, where they focused on designing and developing Java solutions. During their time at Venturus, they worked on projects such as Super Kick, which involved creating a penalty kick game for mobile phones.

After working at Venturus, Gibson worked as a Java Consultant at MAPS S.A Soluções e Serviços, where they provided consulting services on Java technologies. Gibson then worked as a Lecturer at Faculdade Anhanguera and Grupo Integrado, where they shared their expertise and knowledge with students.

Gibson then joined Sensedia as an SOA & API Consultant and Integrations Architect. In this role, they provided clients with SOA best practices, governance processes, service taxonomy definitions, and integration patterns. Gibson worked with clients such as Banco IBI and Itaú-BBA.

Following their time at Sensedia, Gibson worked as a Team Lead and Technical Business Analyst at Ingenico ePayments. Gibson was responsible for converting business needs into functional and technical requirements, supporting development and QA teams, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Gibson then joined Accenture as a Team Lead, leading and managing a team to deliver successful projects. Subsequently, they joined Deloitte Ireland as a Senior Solution Architect/Senior Manager. In this position, Gibson ensured best architecture practices were followed, managed team members' careers, evaluated client processes, and promoted work-life balance.

Currently, Gibson is working at Sensedia as the Head of Solutions - EMEA. Gibson recently held the positions of Head of EMEA and Head of Customer Success - USA at Sensedia.

Throughout their career, Gibson has developed a range of skills and expertise in architecture, solution design, project management, leadership, and mentoring.

Gibson Pasquini Nascimento has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2005, they graduated from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná with a degree in Systems Analysis. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a postgraduate degree in SOA-based Software Engineering at the Instituto Brasileiro de Tecnologia Avançada (IBTA). In 2011, Gibson obtained an Atualização degree in Gerencia de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, in 2011, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
