Arun Ginjala

Arun Ginjala has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arun started their career as a Summer Trainee at Paul Scherrer Institut in 2010. They then worked as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Nottingham in 2011. After that, Arun worked as a Management Consulting Intern at A.T. Kearney in 2013, and later as a Senior Business Analyst at the same company from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Arun joined The Lantau Group as a Consultant, where they worked on projects in the energy and electricity/power space. They conducted research and analysis for developing the overall Indian electricity market model and performed due diligence analysis of the Bangladesh power market.

In 2018, Arun joined Punchh as a Product Manager, responsible for the mobile side of the product and developing scalable solutions for delivering mobile apps. They also worked as the Chief of Staff, Engineering, supporting the CTO and the engineering organization in delivering on product and customer commitments.

In 2021, Arun joined Darwinbox as part of the Special Projects team, contributing to the growth of the HR Tech Enterprise SaaS company. Currently, Arun is working at Fractal in the Enterprise Products and Solutions division, focusing on AI/ML and analytics.

Throughout their career, Arun has gained experience in areas such as project management, consulting, product management, and strategy.

Arun Ginjala pursued their education in a chronologically ordered manner. Arun first attended the National Junior School in Bangalore for their Lower Primary education. Arun then went on to continue their studies at The Hyderabad Public School in Hyderabad, where they completed their Upper Primary and Lower Secondary education. Later, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree with a major in Engineering Physics and a minor in Computer Science. Arun furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2012 to 2014. Arun'sMBA specialization covered various fields of study like Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Economics, IT, HR, and Communication.
