Neeraj Tripathi

Neeraj Tripathi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Neeraj currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Flyfish since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Senseforth.ai starting in 2022.

From 2011 to 2022, Neeraj worked at PRGX Global Inc., where they held various leadership positions. As the VP of India Operations & Technology, they led technology teams and research and development projects. Neeraj also developed collaboration programs with academic institutions and improved organization branding. Neeraj was also the VP of Technology Operations & Research and the Senior Director of Technology during their tenure at the company.

Before joining PRGX Global Inc., Neeraj worked at Infosys Ltd. as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2011. Neeraj managed projects across various domains, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, utilizing technologies such as .NET, Informatica, Teradata, SharePoint, and Java.

Neeraj's career began at Mastek in 1999, where they worked as a Project Leader. Neeraj gained expertise in system level programming and application programming, particularly involving hardware interfacing across systems.

Throughout their career, Neeraj Tripathi has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in product management, technology operations, research, and development.

Neeraj Tripathi completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Nagpur University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2003 to 2006.

In terms of further specialization, Neeraj completed a Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Great Learning. Both programs were undertaken simultaneously from 2020 to 2021.

Additionally, Neeraj has acquired certifications such as "Agile Foundations" and "DevOps Foundations" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in August 2021.
